I spent today recuperating from the insanely long week that is midterm season. 1 more midterm next Monday, but I'll have a clear two full days to study for that.
I slept through most of the day in my car, with the occasional visit to the library to WoW or catching up on Heroes (I'm on episode 17!)
Enough blogging for today, gotta get back on the WoW horse. It's okay though, because my guild members aren't leveling up any faster.

Day so far: Ehhh ...
Con: I have another midterm today.
Con: I stayed up all night studying. Well okay, I fell asleep from 5:30 am - 6:00 am, woke up, turned off the alarm, and stayed in bed until 6:30 am.
Pro: My sister made me breakfast & lunch. Which I consumed all together. Yum!
Pro: I found a new Ashley Tisdale fansite. With lots of media!
Pro: I listened to the entire new album "A Disney Channel Holiday."
Con: Of the 5 chapters we were suppose to cover, by 5:30 am I had covered 3.
Con: I took the freeway to school, thinking it was 6:30 am and traffic wouldn't be bad. I was right, it was worse.
Pro: The garage was practically empty. I got to choose my parking spot!
Con: The classroom was dark when I got there. And empty.
Pro: I covered the other 2 chapters in the time between getting to class and the proctor showing up with the exams.
Con: I knew 75% of the test. It was 2 double-sided pages. I knew how to do 3. (How the #$@! does "in saturation" affect the problem???)
Con (well not really): Proctor couldn't help out with how to do the problem. Not even hints or clues. Just "all you need to do the problem should be there. Try reading it again."
Con (again, not really): Proctor didn't watch the clock. Or she @#$%ing didn't know when class ended. Because it was 8:23 am when I checked my clock, and people were still testing like nothing. (Class ends at 8:20 am)
Pro: Andie wasn't feeling too bad about the test. We all agreed that none of us did well, with the exception of Johnny.
Con: Jorie (sp chk?) had class at 8:30 am and since the proctor never called time, she didn't get out until 8:30 am. Apparently, she was going to be late.
Pro: Saw the following: Jarryl, Sandy, Vicki, Sean, and Catherine. It was surprisingly social today.
*sigh*
Oh one more:
Pro: Since Dr. Terrill isn't here, I don't have lab. My next class is at 4 pm. I guess it's time to catch up on Heroes.

Better late than never ...
I'm finally gearing up for school. Like getting into the groove of doing homework and studying "hardcore."
I know, I know, we're almost half-way through the semester.
But better late than never right?
Well, in the spirit of studying, I'm off to study for my analytical chemistry tomorrow. 4 chapters tonight! :-) Yay!
Not yay: the test is at 7:30 A.M. tomorrow.
Ugh.
See ya!
P.S. Unfortunately, no good pictures today. I did have two slices of pizza though! Maybe more tomorrow!

So the anatomy midterm was killer ...
*yells in frustration*
I don't get why the professor does this, whether its a good thing or a bad thing. But my anatomy midterms are back-to-back. As in Mondays I have the lab practical, then Tuesday I go into lecture for the lecture exam. Aaaaaahhhhh!
*sigh*
At least that's over with.
Now, on Thursday, there's no lab for analytical chemistry, which puts me even more behind. And there's a midterm in lecture for that class at 7:30 in the morning too. Yeah, ouch.
Then the following Monday is the organic chemistry lab midterm. It really is midterm season. At least after next Monday it'll all be over.
Pictures from today, and you can view my Flickr account for everything else:

Distilling Alcohol ... no, not for that ...
So today this was my setup and what I had to look at for about 3 hours. Fractional distillation of alcohols takes sooo long. And then we had a lab practical in Anatomy, which, and I'm being nice here, was BRUTAL. Bone-crushing. Sigh.
I got out of class about half an hour early, so I went to do the errands I had put off for oh so long. What do you know, it was such a hard decision on what to pick to exchange for Juiced 2: Hot Import Nights. I ended up getting some pool (billards) game, also for PSP, and the rest on a gift card - to be saved for NFS: Pro Street, I guess. I've got the 360 controller after all, and no 360. And no, playing Geometry Wars with the controller isn't superior than WASD + mouse. Especially not with a gaming grade mouse. Which I have.
Sega Rally Revo I did end up keeping. It's a nice, arcade-y styled rally racer. Well at least the first hour is. It's fake enough that I don't feel the frustration like I would with Gran Turismo or Forza, and its fresh - in other words, not something made by EA starting with the words Need for Speed (haha).
On a darker, more personal note, the gloomy weather makes me sad. So does not having my girlfriend not at school and only seeing her at work after class. And for a couple hours on weekends.
Captain NamNam out!
Oh, and this is my first Flickr-direct-to-blog post! Awesome!
And Hi Hubert! I'm back!
