Late nite: geekbox and arachnids.

It's late, so this'll be short and sweet.

Finally finished Ryan Scott's new podcast, Geekbox. It's the spiritual successor to GFW radio/LAN party podcast. Good podcast. Wish I had money to donate to him, gotta love the "uhh, what the hell???"

Later: study for the ent 101 lab quiz. No time before though, bc of the silly ornithology lab.

(Liveblogging) Science 110

Too many girls. Not enough guys. I feel inferiorly stupid already.

No final! Great!
Project worth almost all my grade. Not great!
We're required to basically participate in a message board! Great!
Lots of science movie watching. Not great.

Done for now. Break's over.

Damn contacts.

I suppose with the economy in the state that it is, one should learn to enjoy and relish in life's simple pleasures. Like sleeping.

Except you're not suppose to sleep with contacts in, and I didn't bring my lens case or cleaning solution. Damn!

Tuesday afternoon at the mall.

With my blog being run almost exclusively from my phone, its hard to care about fancy styles like themes and what not. But I guess I'll have to tweak and play with those settings tonight.

Getting off at 1:30, and with no work, I left myself with a plethery of time to run errands and hang out to my leisure. I'm dressed comfortably, in my Fox long sleeve tee, which I think might be a little small on me and not make me look my most attractive (more like a middle aged man playing basketball) but meh. It's not like I have my net out or anything (you know, to catch a fish. From the sea)

While shoe shopping is a rather mundane and tedious process, I've settled on not trying on styles out of my comfort zone.

Grr lost my train of thought. Stupid high school musical dvd ad.

Later!

ROFL.

Boycotting Hallmark because the KKK says so.

RIP 1up.com. Regards and condolences to those who lost their jobs in the dirty corporate takeover, and grats to those who still have their jobs over at 1up. Scrounging up your personal blogs and podcasts will be difficult now, but I'll do it.

Comfort in numbers.

Seeing a lot of familiar faces today. It gives a comforting feeling to know that not everyone has gone. Class is starting!

A new day has come.

And it was late. Apparently I misread my schedule and class didn't start at 830, it started at 730. And lucky I did misread it, else I'd have seen it was a lab and not gone! (No labs the first week, except for my classes apparently)
More later!

Another list. WoW resolutions.

Tiink's about done with. She's gonna just be a cash cow at this point. Holysock's gone shadow, and the leveling speed is signifcantly faster. Just login, and pop up the dnd tag.

Anyways, here are some resolutions for my gaming hobby:

-get holysock to 80, and heroic geared.
-get barnystinson to 74, and turn him into a cash cow, porting people around.
-get Kathryn on Drak'Theron up to 71 to catch up to Secretia.

After having a taste of the shadow tree as a priest, I'm highly anticipating the dual-spec feature their going to add in. For classes like healers and tanks, it'll be a greatly welcomed addition, making switching for dungeons and then going back to solo leveling much easier.

But for DPS classes, I don't know how much of a useful thing it'll be. Like for tiinkerbell, she's a DPS build of frost/unholy, frost heavy. Will I ever need another spec? Blood maybe, for soloing. But not really, since my current build provides almost as much survivability. I do miss the rune tap, but everytime I feel like hitting it, my next mob's death strikes make up for it.

Chiharu, my destro lock, I suppose could use a afflic off spec for dungeons. I could be destro when I pug with low dps'ers, and when the tank has issues holding dps, I could switch to affliction.

Barnystinson, right now a frost mage - well, again, will I need any other spec? The combo of enhacing my frostbolt/frost nova/blizzard cooldowns and damage means I won't likely try out arcane or fire.

Liightbender, my now prot paladin. Again, as with healers, tanks could use dual specs very well. I could be a prot pally one second, then slap on some healing gear and bam! I'm a holy paladin!

Well more on this later.

Anticipation

As I eagerly await my chance to slug my messenger bag and laptop back to San Jose State, I'm anticipating the coming of, well, lots of things.

-blogging while in class.
-breaking the aforementioned habit to pay more attention in class.
-the new WoW patch so I can make a death knight on Drak'theron, the pvp server my sister plays on.
-making random lists.
-getting more sleep.
-finishing a list I start.

To be continued.

A new day.

Today marks the official change to the new year for me. Starting today I'm going to try and uphold my new years resolutions.
-blogging every week.
-joining or making my own book of the month club.
-blogging about the books I read.
-keeping in touch more. Contact with peeps at least once a month.
-dinner with extended family at least twice a month.
-supporting movie theaters once a month.
-less WoW, more PSP.
-less PSP, more biking.
-and more cooking.

Since I got the cookie kit from Christmas '07, I've still only cooked sparingly. But not this year!

-new recipes once a month.
-finish this list later.
